The Wanna team is made up of former collegiate and professional athletes.
We are passionate about sports and we believe in community. We love the social aspect of sports and its unique ability to connect people from all over the world. There is an energy and a feeling present in sports that you cannot find anywhere else. This feeling is what moves us. It makes us feel alive.
Think about the memorable games that you’ve attended. There are thousands of fans that all come together, dressed in the same color, jumping, cheering, and celebrating as one. You don’t know most of them but you’re all connected. You leave the game and your hands are sore from clapping, your face hurts from smiling, and you’ve lost your voice because you were laughing, singing and cheering so much.
We believe that these experiences should extend into the sports gambling arena. Sports gambling was meant to be a social experience. We love talking trash to our friends and sharing our crazy stories about the bets we’ve won and the bets we…should have won. There is huge value in experiencing these moments together, so we decided to build Wanna.
